These terms and conditions and any policies or documents to which a link is provided in them (collectively, "TERMS") set out the terms of use that apply to www.bestperfume.store and the mobile websites and applications owned by and/or operated by or on behalf of BESTPERFUME.STORE ("PLATFORMS"). BESTPERFUME.STORE is referred to in these Terms as “BESTPERFUME.STORE/WE/US”. For any other legal information, go to the sections: General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy of the web site (collectively, the “Policies").
We have created the various Platforms to provide information about BESTPERFUME.STORE’s company and products for your personal use. Whilst considerable effort has been made to ensure that the visual representations of BESTPERFUME.STORE products displayed on the platforms are representative of the colour, design, and style etc. of the original products, slight variations, distortions and/or differences may be apparent when compared to the original product. This may, for example, be due to technical issues such as your browser or computer settings. This section concerns communications sent to BESTPERFUME.STORE. It does not concern the communication of personal information to BESTPERFUME.STORE in relation to customer enquiries, the use of services or the purchase of products by phone or through the Platform. The latter is governed by the rules stipulated in the Privacy Policy.
Any unsolicited communication or material that you transmit to BESTPERFUME.STORE via the Platforms or through social media, by electronic mail or otherwise, including, but not limited to, any data, questions or answers, comments, suggestions, or the like will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary by BESTPERFUME.STORE. Furthermore, BESTPERFUME.STORE enjoys a reputation for both the design and manufacture of high-quality fragrances. To this end, it possesses its own sources of creativity, with highly skilled teams of designers who conceive and perfect BESTPERFUME.STORE’s creations. As a result, BESTPERFUME.STORE cannot agree to or accept to be the receiver of unsolicited proposals of collaboration. Indeed, it is conceivable that BESTPERFUME.STORE may already be working on similar ideas and/or creations. Consequently, you are advised that BESTPERFUME.STORE is not interested in receiving ideas or other proposals relating to creations you may wish to submit.
BESTPERFUME.STORE tries to ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete. However, BESTPERFUME.STORE does not represent that BESTPERFUME.STORE Material is accurate, error-free, or reliable or that use of BESTPERFUME.STORE Material will not infringe rights of third parties.
BESTPERFUME.STORE does not warrant that the functional and/or technical aspects of the Platforms or the BESTPERFUME.STORE Material will be error free or that the Platforms, BESTPERFUME.STORE Material or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Without limiting the foregoing, everything on the Platforms is provided to you "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" AND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, REASONABLE CARE AND SKILL, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. BESTPERFUME.STORE and our respective suppliers make no warranties about the BESTPERFUME.STORE Material, software, text, downloads, graphics, and links, or about results to be obtained from using the Platforms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither BESTPERFUME.STORE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of information available from the Platforms or any liability relating to any loss of use, interruption of business, lost profits or lost data, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, even if BESTPERFUME.STORE has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
BESTPERFUME.STORE is not associated in any way with designer brands or their manufacturers. All trademarks are properties of their respective owners. Designer/brand name is solely used for comparison purposes and to give customers an idea of each fragrance's character and scent accords as part of our customer service. We do not present our fragrances to be exact copies of any product that is owned by another brand. As such, BESTPERFUME.STORE is not liable for any copyright infringement or copyright violation.
BESTPERFUME.STORE is in compliance with the federal trade commission's statement of policy regarding comparative advertising. FTC Policy Statement in Regard to Comparative Advertising, 16 C.F.R. §14.15(b) (2003).
BESTPERFUME.STORE partakes in healthy competition within the Singapore Competition Act 2004 and does not infringe on regulated patent or intellectual property through representation or imitation. Products featured are functional in cosmetic use and are distinct through brand and afforded manufacturing and distribution.
BESTPERFUME.STORE is not liable for any abnormal skin reactions and/or sudden health conditions upon the use of our fragrances. We advise our customers to test our products on their skin before full use with the purpose that they can discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention if irritation occurs.
BESTPERFUME.STORE does not breach any of the listed TRADE MARKS ACT 1998 in dealing with recreating perfumes. The use of perfume names and brands are used solely for the purpose of comparison, no further graphical or representation statements have been made insofar. All product advertisement or promotion material do not infringe or look to represent any brand or presume listed as a 'resemblance'. Each listed perfume does not take on the 'value' associated with descriptive brand name and/or perfume name. BESTPERFUME.STORE clearly states the manufacturing process of the perfume - as perfumer-made - and do not seek to represent any trade mark or to counterfeit goods that falsely represent or intentionally deceive the buyer. BESTPERFUME.STORE reserves rights to its own trademark and the sole creation of all its own products.
In general, all trademarks, logos and service marks (collectively the "Trademarks") that appear on the Platforms are registered, unregistered or otherwise protected BESTPERFUME.STORE trademarks or are licensed for use by BESTPERFUME.STORE by third parties. Other trademarks are proprietary marks and are registered to their respective owners. Nothing contained on the Platforms should be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any licence or right to use any trademark without BESTPERFUME.STORE’s prior written permission or that of such third party who owns the trademark. Misuse of any trademark displayed on the Platforms, or any other content on the Platforms, except as provided herein, is strictly prohibited.

You agree that BESTPERFUME.STORE may terminate or suspend your access to and use of the Platforms if BESTPERFUME.STORE reasonably believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use, or violated the rights of BESTPERFUME.STORE, their affiliated companies or any third party, with or without notice to you. You agree that BESTPERFUME.STORE may modify or discontinue providing any of the Platforms, with or without notice to you. You agree that BESTPERFUME.STORE will not be liable to you or any third party as a result of such modification or discontinuation. The provisions entitled "Limitation of liability" and "General provisions" will survive termination of these Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of SINGAPORE, without reference to conflict of law’s provisions. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in relation to the Terms of Use, including the validity, invalidity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be adjudicated or arbitrated in accordance with said Terms of Use. All legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be brought solely in SINGAPORE.

All orders are subject to email confirmation by us. Please note that the products displayed on the site may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and availability is not guaranteed. Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colours of products, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.
All prices are in SINGAPORE Dollars. Prices may change without notice from time to time.
All prices are inclusive of customs and import duties.
You are responsible for the shipping/delivery costs associated with the delivery of the products you purchase on the site as specified on your order confirmation.
Please refer to our Return Policy, which forms an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. In certain circumstances detailed in our Return Policy, you shall be entitled to exchange your product for a different product provided they are of equivalent value.

It is important to note that fragrances and perfumes can be listed without ingredients due to their proprietary blend, though a toxicology and safety report can be sent to you prior to purchase. It is important to state your allergy before use, as responsibility is difficult to acertain in situations where both parties are unknowing to the outcome. Please get in touch directly if you suffer from allergies or have happened to from use of our products.
It is important to be aware of allergens and the negligence to it should not be taken lightly. BESTPERFUME.STORE can and will compensate from goodwill if this instance were to occur and do our very best to alleviate this situation.
BestPerfume.Store practices are in accordance with Singapore Health Sciences Authority and Health Products Act 2007 (a) and (b).
BestPerfume.Store reserves the right to refuse, remove, and adjust points and/or referral or tiered rewards at our own discretion. Members found abusing the system will be blacklisted and unable to purchase from BestPerfume.Store until their case is appealed.
