For Singapore orders, BestPerfume.Store has chosen to run our own fleet running 365 days (including Public Holidays). All orders are delivered same-day if placed before 12pm and next-day if placed after. Orders will be successfully delivered from 12pm-9pm onwards, and may extend later on busier seasons. We will not ring the doorbell for deliveries made after 9pm. Exchanges and refunds will also be carried out same or next-day with utmost urgency to make sure your guarantee and lifetime warranty is fully respected.
For Philippine orders, BestPerfume.Store is in the midst of our expansion and has chosen Philippines as our first country to trial due to our already high support from Filipinos in Singapore. All orders are delivered from Paranaque, locally, and uses NinjaVan, J&T, and LBC. Our factory will estimate to be completed by end of September and we will be manufacturing with full confidence we will also reach market leader position once trust and credibility has been established among the people and our brand. We have expressed interest to open retail in the Philippines, same as we have done in Singapore. Once available, we will also be opening retail here too.
