I cannot talk about this hobby turned passion, without first writing about my appreciation for those that chose to support a random stranger from day one. For many new supporters, it will also be day one for you too, and I thank you for that blind trust and the opportunity to serve your perfume needs to the evergrowing hobby-turned-business that I get to share with you today.
BestPerfume.Store officially started in June 2022, Singapore. The shift from a double full-time primary school teacher and tutor into a business owner was a risk-it-all choice with my entire savings. What started as a hobby and a measly pool of forty or so ingredients; soon turned into an instrumental organ of 300 over materials. The art of mixing was not something new to me, as my prior experience in mixology in both drink flavours and alcoholic beverages had served me well in building relationships and a foothold in the industry. The goal was to provide the best possible product available - within financial milestones - that cut out shares, while maintaining strategic growth, to provide the most affordable price points for everyone.
A perfume brand that was made for the people, to experience clever perfumery that lasted through our hot and humid weather. A brand that stood for quality in all areas - service, delivery, expertise, variety, community, strength, packaging, speed, and so forth.
BestPefume.Store today is growing tremendously quickly, with sporadic viral reviews, and a genuinely heartfelt community - it is the nice messages and little 'thank you's that I truly feel heard. I appreciate the support and have always vowed to make sure that this business will never be one of investor's greed - I have declined five and counting - and to never compromise my product for profit. I have been transparent with the earnings and creation process - and will continue to do so moving forward.
As the 6th month of BestPerfume.Store comes up, I hope to look back at this and be a testament that if you truly go out of your way to create something that supersedes the market, people will notice, and people will support it. There are too many greedy and scheming business people out there, and I am ever thankful to those who support me and my craft.

EDIT: We're at 18 months now and it's the holiday season. I hate inflated pricing only to reduce them later, we don't do this and always offer the best bang for buck.I will never undervalue your support and will maintain our quality and standards (meaning no false "BIG SALE DISCOUNTS"). We've improved over 20 old recipes and counting, despite the cost increase to raise the standards. I'm truly proud that the values of "give, give, give" have turned profitable enough to keep us growing. We've watched many paid PR or hyperbole flamboyant backstory businesses fall during this time; with so many of those in our industry copy us word for word in marketing. No one, I mean no one, will be able to emulate what BPS has due to how we've structured the business from the ground up. Prices, quality, service, guarantee, variety, strength - we're unbeatable at the moment and will continue to raise the bar. Thank you again, until next time. - Josh
